On July 14th, Harkins celebrated the grand opening of Homes at Thackston Park Phase II in York, PA!
We are excited to officially bring this 50-unit affordable housing community to the residents of the City of York. Varying in size, the units offer one-to-five-bedroom options, as well as handicap accessible spaces. In addition, the community’s amenities include community areas, off-street parking, and green spaces. Congratulations to Creating Opportunities in Neighborhood Environments (CONE), York Housing Authority, Upstreet Architects, and other project partners on this crucial redevelopment project.
