Silver Spring, MD
On January 19th, Harkins team members joined our project partners for the celebration of the groundbreaking of Randolph Road in Silver Spring, MD.
When complete, Randolph Road will consist of 195 hard-to-find affordable housing units in Montgomery County. Featured in the community will be a community center, on-site resident services staff, a fitness center, and a half-acre public park with a playground, picnic area, pedestrian walkways, and open lawn areas. This project is the largest new construction, affordable development of its kind in the area and includes family-sized, three- and four-bedroom homes. Harkins is proud to partner with clients AHC and Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland, architect Bonstra | Haresign Architects, and other partners on this redevelopment project.
