Affinity Groups
In 2018, the affinity group program was started to unite Harkins employees together across many departments and geographic locations. Led by employees and supported by executive champions, these groups connect employees with similar backgrounds or interests to have a powerful influence in the workplace.
Membership in these groups not only enhances the employee experience but contributes to the growth of their colleagues. This creates trust and leadership in a truly organic way which is an amazing thing to watch.
