On June 7th, Harkins joined project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Junction 49 in Charlotte, NC.
When complete, Junction 49 will consist of a new 229-unit student housing community spread across two apartment buildings. In addition to the apartment units, a wrapped precast parking garage will be available to residents. Harkins is excited to work with project partners including client SR Real Estate Partners, architect Planworx, and others on this project for students at UNC Charlotte.
