Harkins was honored to build a 16,000 sf addition to this Maryland Army National Guard facility and renovate their existing 12,000 sf space. Functional areas within the readiness center include unit administrative offices, equipment storage space, a 5,800 sf assembly hall, a computerized weapons simulation center, a 1,300 sf commercial kitchen, locker rooms, more than 2,600 sf of classrooms, a physical fitness area, and other supporting spaces.
