Four Research Place is a new storage facility professionally managed by CubeSmart, one of the nation’s top owners and operators of self-storage facilities. Built from the ground up in an adjacent parking lot, it serves as an expansion to the Phase I storage facility. Visible from I-270 and highly accessible from the surrounding areas, the three-story self-storage structure offers a total of 771 storage units of varying sizes.
There are 720 climate-controlled units, opening to interior air-conditioned corridors. An additional 51 non-conditioned drive-up units are situated along the building’s perimeter. The building’s top two floors have elevator access, while the lower level is at grade, allowing customers who rent storage space on the lower floors to wheel items directly from the parking lot into their storage units. Wide loading areas with easy building access were designed to make moving quick and convenient.
