Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of The Villages at Slippery Hill Phases II & III

On March 29th, the Harkins team attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Slippery Hill Phases II and III in Queenstown, MD.
When complete, Phase II of the project will consist of a 66-unit affordable apartment community throughout five buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms for families. Phase III will include a 54-unit senior living community in a four-story building with a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes. Congratulations to our clients Green Street Housing and TM Associates, architect Architecture by Design, and all other project partners on this expansion project in Queen Anne’s County.
