Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of Glenarden Phase III

On March 15th, Harkins attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Glenarden Phase III in Glenarden, MD. We look forward to working with client Pennrose, architect Moseley Architects, and other project partners on this exciting redevelopment in Prince George’s County.
When complete, Glenarden Phase III will add 158 units and amenities to the mixed-income, master-planned community. This phase will feature a mix of one-, two, and three-bedroom units across 14 buildings. The community’s amenities will consist of a sports court, children’s pool, and lap pool to the project’s already robust amenities. The redevelopment project is intended to bring a more vibrant, diverse, and affordable approach to the City of Glenarden.
