Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Parkside Landing

On September 13th, Harkins gathered for the grand opening of Parkside Landing in Rockville, MD!
We are thrilled to bring 183 newly renovated apartment units to the City of Rockville. The apartments are spread across 19 buildings. The scope of work included interior and exterior renovations. Congratulations to client Rockville Housing Enterprises, architect The Arcadia Group, and other project partners on this much-needed renovation project.
