EarthCraft Certified

This project is going to be an EarthCraft project, as required by VHDA. Some green components include Aquatherm mechanical systems with Energy Star rated hot water heaters. The lighting will all be compact fluorescents, including certain fixtures obtaining Energy Star ratings. Kitchen appliances will be Energy Star compliant also.
