Green Communities

This project falls under the green communities system due to CDA requirements. Green elements include Variable Flow Refrigerant mechanical systems, which are extremely efficient for both the apartments and common spaces. Various other green elements include LED site lighting, CFL lighting in apartments, and Energy Star appliances.
