Landscape design reduces water usage by over 50%. Low-flow plumbing fixtures were used.

Energy modeling was used to ensure the building was being designed to be as efficient as possible and would obtain Energy and Atmosphere credits.

A waste management plan diverted over 50% of material waste to recycling. Bamboo flooring was used in a large number of the apartments.

IEQ credits were obtained through the use of exhaust fans, operable windows, and low-VOC materials, including paints and adhesives. Green Label carpets were also installed.
