Punchout Carpenter
Baltimore/Washington
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely completion of assigned duties on the project to include but not be limited to drywall repairs, caulking, painting, trim work, installing floors, installing bath fixtures, installing hardware, installing doors, adjusting cabinets, and using various carpentry hand tools.
- Follow safety policies and procedures and inform the supervisor of any safety violations on the project.
- Notify the supervisor of any changes or problems that may arise in assigned area(s).
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all contacts and communications.
- Produce the highest quality work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma.
- Basic carpentry knowledge and some exposure to job-related duties.
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions and work independently to complete assigned duties.
- Basic organization and communication skills.
- Basic ability to utilize hand tools and other construction-related equipment.
- Personal transportation to travel between job sites as assigned.

COMPENSATION
- Base salary range: $25/hr
