Marketing Intern

  • Assist and collaborate with marketing team members
  • Communicate effectively with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
  • Develop and update marketing collateral for business development utilization
  • Support marketing team in data collection efforts and marketing campaigns
  • Perform database audit and ensure CRM compliance
  • Assist with annual campaigns, with a very active role in social listening and performance tracking
  • Assist in editing and assembling qualifications, proposals, and presentations
  • Junior or senior working towards an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or other related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, social media, and the construction industry, a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and a willingness to participate in a variety of projects
  • Ability to think outside the box, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A team-player mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to maintain task ownership
