Harkins was very happy to help our repeat client Nolen Properties convert a vacant Super Fresh grocery store to this climate-controlled self-storage facility. The building has two levels, including a drive-in loading area, totaling 105,700 square feet of space. The scope of work included interior and exterior demolition, new foundations, new structural steel mezzanine, and two new elevators. Also installed were new MEP/FP systems, a new roof, new storefront and windows, EIFS, metal panels, paint, and canopies.
