Weinberg Village

With the completion of the fifth and final Weinberg Village building in March 2011, this project now offers 446 one- and two- bedroom apartments for seniors aged 62 and up. Built in phases over seven years, it is located on the campus of the Jewish Community Center at Owings Mills, Maryland, and includes amenities such as game rooms, beauty parlors, computer rooms, TV rooms, class rooms, sitting areas, and laundry rooms. Each building features a delightful front porch area, and there is a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard between Villages III and IV that includes a fountain. Three of the buildings are wood frame construction and two have CMU block supporting a Hambro deck system. With the completion of Village V, all five buildings are now connected with enclosed walkways.
