The Reserve at Somerset Commons

Located in Princess Anne, Maryland, The Reserve at Somerset Commons project comprises three garden-style apartment buildings and a new clubhouse. Accessed by open breezeways, the apartments include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, for a total of 75 residential units.

The scope of work included extensive sitework operations over six acres, including the removal of a 60,000 sf warehouse slab. The slab was crushed onsite and reused as a sub-base. Two new stormwater management ponds and four new micro-bioretention facilities were installed to handle the storm water, and three water mains (domestic water, residential fire line, and dedicated fire line) were also installed.

There is also a new playground and central clubhouse built in the center of the site. The 2,800 sf clubhouse contains a fitness center, a multi-purpose room, and a business center.
