Strata East

Strata II, also known as Strata East, is the latest addition to the exciting development of downtown Allentown by City Center Lehigh Valley. It includes 67 luxury apartments, 60% of which are two-bedroom units and 40% one-bedroom units. The 98,500 gsf building is five stories tall, comprised of four stories of wood frame construction over a one-story steel and concrete podium. In addition, there are nine first-floor retail shops, totaling 11,000 sf of space, that face the Miller Symphony Hall on 6th Street. These spaces are clad with sleek transparent glass and metal panel accent details, and will house galleries, boutique shops, and other shops.

Amenities include nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized stackable washer and dryers, and city- or courtyard-view terraces. The complex features a private courtyard with benches, a theater room, a multipurpose recreation room, a green roof, a 2,750 sf private dog park and wash center, and connection to the city ArtsWalk. Strata Flats and Strata East share amenities, so residents at Strata East have access to the rooftop deck with fire pit, game room, conference room, business center, and yoga and fitness areas located at Strata Flats.
