Reserve at Riverside

Reserve at Riverside is a planned 400-unit apartment community on 63 acres, located in Belcamp, Harford County, MD, approximately three miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground. The buildings are designed in “big house” style, with private entrances and direct-access garages to many units, exterior stone accents and Class A amenities.

Phase I consists of 10 garden apartment buildings, a clubhouse, and a pump house. The buildings range from 12-unit to 28-unit structures, accommodating units with an average size of 1,100 sf. Roofs are standing seam metal and asphalt shingle. Building skins consist of vinyl siding, cast stone veneer, and composite trim brackets and columns. Besides the 6,800 sf clubhouse with pool, amenities for the apartments include full size washers and dryers, sunrooms, soaking tubs, walk-in closets and elongated vanities. The floor plans are the largest in the market and offer 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, chair rails, and breakfast bars.

Phase II consists of 7 garden apartment buildings and a pump house. The design and scope are very similar to Phase 1, completed by Harkins in fall of 2012.
