Patuxent Square

Our second project in the Howard County Route 1 Corridor Revitalization Initiative, Patuxent Square is a five-story building consisting of one level of retail space and four levels of apartments above. The first floor retail space is a concrete structure, separated from the apartments above by a 12-inch poured-in-place concrete deck. The building is serviced by two stair towers and a twin elevator tower.
