The Greens at Irvington Mews

Overlooking the campus of Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore, Irvington Mews is an independent living apartment building. There is public outdoor amenity space at each floor, and the community room is placed on the 4th floor. The building skin includes TPO roofing with a high SRI value, composite siding, and brick veneer. The building has been conditioned using a Variable Refrigerant Volume mechanical system. Unit amenities include extra grab bars in all bathrooms, walk-in closets, a hospitality suite, a dedicated exercise room, and dedicated computer room.
