19Nineteen Clarendon Apartments

19Nineteen Clarendon Apartments is a 191-unit mixed-use building in the heart of Arlington, VA, between Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards, where a 20-foot change in grade from one end of the site to the other made for a very complex concrete podium structure. The project includes two levels of below-grade parking and one level of retail and amenity space. The first floor also includes eight two-story live/work units along Clarendon Boulevard. The residential level amenity space includes bar and lounge areas, gym and yoga rooms, and two large courtyards.

This LEED for Homes Multifamily Mid-rise Pilot Project achieved a Silver certification.
