Parc Plymouth Meeting

Parc Plymouth Meeting is a luxury rental community with 398 residential units in seven buildings at in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

This 398 market rate apartment project features a mix of one and two bedroom luxury rental residences located on a 20-acre site that will have 45% open space. It is also the largest project, by number of units, ever awarded to Harkins’ Pennsylvania Division. The seven elevator buildings, enclosing 500,000 gsf, are accompanied by an 11,200 sf clubhouse with pool and a 5,200 sf garage building that houses 17 single car garages.

There is a first-class amenity package, including a 10,000 square foot club house, fitness center, resort-style pool, dog park and walking trail, and incorporates many sustainability features, including rain gardens, white roofs, electric car chargers, drought-tolerant landscaping, water saving fixtures, and energy efficient design.

A Plymouth Township zoning ordinance places green requirements on projects that exceed density levels. Sustainable design initiatives used to meet the ordinance’s scoring criteria were:
