Harkins Wins Award of Excellence from ABC Metro Baltimore Chapter

Harkins was honored to receive an Award of Excellence from ABC’s Metro Baltimore Chapter for Mulberry at Park Apartments in Baltimore, MD. The awards program celebrates the best in merit shop construction in the Baltimore Metro area and was held on Wednesday, April 12th at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.

Mulberry at Park offers 68 modern, affordable, and high-quality apartments within the Bromo Tower Arts & Entertainment District. The unit makeup includes 34 one-, 27 two-, and 7 three-bedroom apartments. The living areas are open and spacious, and each apartment features a washer and dryer, microwave, modern finishes, and ample closet space. Building amenities include a cyber café, club room, study room, fitness center, and outdoor terrace area.

Mulberry at Park is a prime example of the construction that is going on in downtown Baltimore to revitalize the Westside, and Harkins is proud to be part of it.

The Harkins project team was joined at the banquet by Rebecca Warntz of Enterprise Homes, and Magda Westerhout and Nancy Liebrecht of Marks, Thomas Architects.
