Harkins is seeking a Field Administrative Assistant (FAA) is (a) responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the owner, design team, site team, subcontractors, vendors, etc. as it pertains to the project; (b) responsible for coordinating project-related paperwork, administrative and accounting duties as directed by supervisor(s) and Site Manager; (c) responsible to assist in the timely, safe, and profitable completion of assigned project in accordance with contract requirements and the Company’s policies and standards of integrity and excellence. The FAA reports directly to the Site Manager and the Site Coordinator
