I spent most of my time in the field and not in the trailer. Since it was at the beginning of the job I got to do a lot of cutting and shooting grades for the excavator, and I got a ton of concrete experience. I was responsible for directing work, and I was exposed to many sides of general contracting that I hadn’t seen before. ~Russell Tipton

Do you want a small company atmosphere with an emphasis on training and personal development with a large enough company to provide excellent growth opportunities?

Harkins is a privately held firm operating in the Mid-Atlantic region. Averaging over $200 million a year of construction in place and as many as 40 projects completed per year, we provide a challenging and diverse work environment. Most of our work is negotiated so that we have the ability to be involved from the conceptual phase forward and be an integral part of the overall development team.

With offices and projects in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and throughout the Mid-Atlantic, we have a location for you.

The Harkins Method. Learn what it's all about.
