Gary
received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of
Maryland in 1982. He was a manager at Reznick, Fedder & Silverman from 1982
to 1991, specializing in financial accounting and taxes for general contractors
and real estate developers. With a thorough knowledge of accounting, Gary
obtained his CPA in 1984.
After working on Harkins' account for nine years at Reznick, he joined Harkins
in July 1991 as controller, and was promoted to vice president in November
1992. He is responsible for the overall management of company financial
matters, including monitoring corporate overhead and cash flow. Gary has
brought leadership and stability not only to our accounting department, but
also to the company as a whole.
